Create invoice automatically from shopping cart system
It would be great if it was possible to send all information about customer and ordered goods, so that an invoice is generated automatically in Thradeshift and sent to the customer. It should be possible to send it through the Danish Nemhandel with an EAN-number. It should be as simple to integrate as it is to integrate Paypal to a webshop using POST og GET to Thradeshift.5

I would like to have an App in Tradeshift that lets you export invoices from a certain period ("all 2010" or "March 2011") as PDF or XML. Or maybe also in other formats as well.3

Approval flow
Enable that different managers can approve different invoices.Example:
A company have 5 different suppliers. The Tradeshift administrator (book keeper) is relying on approval by 5 different managers (1 manager is responsible for 1 supplier, another manager for another supplier and so forth).
Instead of manually (by email, phone etc.) collecting the approvals, the app would allow the Administrator to define a responsible manager for each supplier (name & email). When an invoice is received, both the Administrator and the Manager will receive an email notification. The link on the email will allow the manager to see the invoice and Approve/Reject it. Once approved/rejected the administrator will receive a notification and process it (if accepted)

Inventory App
Manage inventory, automatically add/subtract items when invoices are sent/received, and give the option for notifications (when item X is about to run out, etc).3

Bill of Lading
It would be nice to make a bill of lading after having made a purchase or a sales from out the same system.It would be easy to right away to make a bill of lading to go with the products you order or sell. This would make the system for people us people that sell products much easier.
Bill of Lading would add a lot of value for us. There is already in the system a possibility to make invoices or purchase invoices that this small issue would be easy to adapt to the system.
The bill of lading would just be the same as an invoice just without prices on the bill of lading so that you only can see which products you have packed for shipping out.

Tax reports
Ability to make tax reports from Tradeshift. Opportunity to report on input and output tax for a specified period. This would be useful in preparation of VAT returns.2
